| Experience Africa's most spectacular creatures ~ African Elephant ~ as they
go about their lives from the comfort of your lodge or interact with
Elephants at close range. Experiencing the African bush from an elephant`s
perspective - walking besides them or riding high allows you to get close to
the animals. An Elephant not only is able to cope in water and sand with
equal ease, but can also get quite close to other game, which is generally
unaware of the human presence. Your days are spent riding, walking or
swimming with the elephants. |

| The unique and educational experience with a group of semi- habituated
African elephants is available at
Stanley's Camp, bordering the southern
section of the famous Moremi Game Reserve. Spend a day walking with the elephants
to observe and interact with them in their natural environment. The activity
encompasses a leisurely paced walk with a trio of semi-habituated elephants,
becoming personally acquainted with them, observing and interacting with
them. You will enjoy a picnic lunch with
the elephants. Please note that no riding on the elephants is allowed. The
main objective is to build a relationship between you and the elephants. |

| This luxury camp is situated in a 260,000 acre private concession,
bordering the southern section of the famous Moremi Game Reserve, thus
affording guests absolute exclusivity. Stanley's offers year-round access to
the Okavango Delta waters. The camp overlooks the Boro River and the area is
home to a wide variety of big game including elephant, buffalo, giraffe,
hippo, lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog. Guest accommodation consists of
8 classic styled safari tents. The delicately appointed tents exude classic
Africa; handcrafted beds dressed with the finest linen, antique furniture
individually selected and oriental carpets that transport you to early 19th
century Africa. Each unit offers en-suite facilities and a private balcony.
Hammocks and Morris chairs on the balcony are perfect for relaxation in the
African sunshine. The main building is raised on decking and offers
extensive views over the surrounding floodplains. Stanley's Camp offers some
of the best game viewing in the Okavango, including the rare and elusive
wild dog. Activities available Camp include serene mokoro canoe excursions
(Subject to water levels), exclusive bush dinners, and game drives in
customised, open 4 x 4 vehicles - including the rare opportunity of night
drives. Due to the fact that Stanley's Camp is in a private concession,
guests also have the exclusive option of walking safaris with an armed
professional guide. |

| 2. Riding high on Elephants |
| The unique and educational experience with a group of African elephants
is available at Abu Camp, situated in a 400 000-acre private reserve in the
heart of the Okavango Delta. Guests at Abu Camp are invited to share with
the resident elephant family what is, without doubt, the ultimate elephant
education safari. The elephant experiences offer many magical moments
including interacting with the resident herd of eight elephants by riding or
walking with them. Departures operate every Tuesday and Saturday for a 3
night stay. |

| Abu Camp has 6 luxurious tents that are located under a shady canopy in
an ancient riverine forest. The tents have a unique and wonderful design
with a private viewing deck overlooking the lagoon. Each tent at Abu has
beautiful en-suite facilities with a shower and a bath. The dining / bar
areas are on raised wooden decks that wind around African Ebony and Sycamore
Fig trees. The lounge and dining tent has beautiful big sofas, with a
breathtaking view over the lagoon and also features a well-stocked library
and a study. as well as with the herds of wildlife in the area. Abu offers
game drives, night drives, walks and mokoro (dugout canoe) safaris - as well
as the most intimate elephant learning experience in Africa. |
